Week 7 Summary

There were 5 losers this week; 4 with NYG, and 1 with CAR.

These were bad picks, but that's what it takes for someone else to win. Consider this: all 5 of the losers could have selected NYJ over OAK, all 5 could have selected SD over KC, 4 could have selected NE over TAM in London, 4 could have selected GB over CLE, and 1 could have selected IND over STL. These losing teams have a combined record of 4-31. They were outscored this weekend 23-183. NYG lost to AZ, CAR lost to BUF. AZ and BUF are a combined 7-6.

I heard one NFL analysis exclaim that "the bottom of the NFL barrel is the worst it has ever been." He may be right, there are 5 really bad teams (not including winless TEN - because they may win a few.)

3 of the NYG picks were losers for the first time. The other 2 lost for the second time and are out. Say goodbye to Nate Taylor and Greg Brent.

Counts:

11 alive for first
34 alive for second (23 with one loss)
10 out
